摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的对PDD患者应用盐酸美金刚治疗,并观察其治疗效果。方法选取2018年8月—2020年7月在平顶山市第二人民医院治疗的93例PDD患者,采取随机数字表法,将其分为两组。对照组46例,采取常规治疗(多巴丝肼片+盐酸多奈哌齐片);观察组47例,在此基础上,联合使用盐酸美金刚治疗。对比两组患者的认知功能(MoCA 量表、MMSE 量表)、日常生活能力(ADL量表)、不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗后的MoCA 评分、MMSE 评分、ADL 评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应率分别为13.04%、17.02%,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,对PDD患者应用盐酸美金刚治疗可更好地改善患者认知功能,提高其生活能力,且不会增加不良反应。

Abstract: Objective: To treat PDD patients with memantine hydrochloride and observe its therapeutic effect. Methods: A total of 93 PDD patients treated in our hospital were selected and the cases from August 2018 to July 2020 were included, and they were divided into two groups.46 cases in the control group received conventional treatment (dopaserzide tablets + donepezil hydrochloride tablets);47 cases in the observation group were treated with memantine hydrochloride in combination on the conventional basis. The cognitive function (MoCA scale, MMSE scale), ability of daily living (ADL scale), and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the MoCA score,MMSE score and ADL score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the adverse reaction rates of the observation group and control group were 13.04% and 17.02%, respectively, with no significant difference(P＞0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment, the application of memantine hydrochloride treatment to PDD patients can better improve the cognitive function of patients, improve their living ability, and will not increase adverse reactions.
