摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探究鼻内镜手术联合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法从日照市中心医院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者中选取63例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(31例)与观察组(32例),其中对照组采用单纯手术治疗,观察组则采用手术治疗联合药物治疗,分析对比两种治疗模式对患者嗅觉功能恢复、并发症发生情况及治疗总有效率的影响。结果观察组患者在接受治疗后其嗅觉功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术联合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的疗效好于单纯手术治疗,同时联合治疗的嗅觉功能恢复更理想,并发症风险更小。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods: From March 2019 to March 2020, 63 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were randomly divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (32 cases), in which the control group was treated with surgery alone, and the observation group was treated with surgery combined with drugs. The olfactory function of patients was analyzed and The complications and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two treatment modes. Results: The score of olfactory function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps is better than that of surgery alone. At the same time, the olfactory function of the combined treatment is more ideal, and the risk of complications is less.
