摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨周围血中胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)及中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)的水平变化与急性胰腺炎(AP)患者病情转归的关系。方法分析2019年10月—2020年9月宁阳县第一人民医院收治的75例急性胰腺炎患者资料,包括急性轻症胰腺炎41例(MAP组)和急性重症胰腺炎34例(SAP组),全部患者于入院后即刻采集静脉血2 ml,离心分离血清,超低温保存后备检。比较两组患者入院后第1天血清Ghrelin及NGAL水平的差异与病情轻重之间的关系。结果急性重症胰腺炎组患者的血清Ghrelin、NGAL水平均明显高于急性轻症胰腺炎组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论急性胰腺炎患者早期血清Ghrelin、NGAL水平与病情程度密切相关,两者水平增高提示患者预后不良,值得临床医师关注。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between the levels of Ghrelin and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipid lipocalin (NGAL) in peripheral blood and the prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods: To analyze the data of 75 acute pancreatitis patients admitted to Ningyang County First People's Hospital from October 2019 to September 2020, including 41 cases of acute mild pancreatitis(MAP group)and 34 cases of acute severe pancreatitis(SAP group).2ml venous blood was collected immediately after admission in the whole group, and the serum was separated by centrifugation, and stored in ultra-low temperature for backup test. The differences of serum Ghrelin and NGAL levels on the first day after admission were compared between the two groups. Results: The serum Ghrelin and NGAL levels of patients in the acute severe pancreatitis group were significantly higher than those in the acute mild pancreatitis group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.001). Conclusion: The early serum levels of Ghrelin and NGAL in patients with acute pancreatitis are closely related to the severity of the disease, and the increased serum levels of Ghrelin and NGAL suggest a poor prognosis and deserve clinicians' attention.
