Abstract:Cyberknife, a newly developed stereotactic operation platform in radiosurgery system, has many advantages such as accurate positioning,image-guided and hypofractionatedradiotherapy. It has made very good effect in the treatment of local advanced pancreatic carcinoma. At the same time, it has been applied in the preoperation and postoperation treatment of pancreatic carcinoma, and the palliative treatment of metastatic pancreatic carcinoma. So it can be a very good option for patients with pancreatic carcinoma.
