Abstract:Hypoxia inducible factor1α (HIF1α)vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)vascular endothelial growth factor receptor2 (VEGFR2) signaling pathway plays a vital role in the regulation of neovascularization, and the activation of this pathway is closely related with tumor invasion and metastasis.
