Cholesterol metabolism and malignant tumors

Abstract:Studies have shown that cholesterol metabolism plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development. At the same time, it is also shown an important application value in predicting the prognosis of malignant tumors. Cholesterol can improve the longterm quality of life and survival of cancer patients by appropriating risk stratification of these malignant tumors.
