Metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1 and tumor

Abstract:Metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1 (MACC1), a newly discovered gene which controls tumor growth and metastasis, abnormally expressed in a variety of malignant tumors. As a key regulator of HGF-MET signal pathway, its coding protein can obviously promote invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.
