Progress of new biological markers based on proteomic approaches in colon cancer

Abstract:Colon cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the worldwide scale and it is one of the leading causes of cancerrelated deaths. Finding accurate and informative cancer markers will provide significant insights in diagnosis and treatment strategy of colon cancer. Proteomic technology is an important tool in cancer research. In recent years, many studies have found a great of potential biomarkers of colon cancer.
