In recent years, miR-32 has been shown to be aberrantly expressed in many tumor tissues. miR-32 is up-regulated in HCC and plays an oncogene role in regulating the cell cycle, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis and so on. MiR-32 maybe a potential target for HCC therapy.
