Targeted therapy has become an important part of the treatment of pancreatic cancer. The signaling pathways such as hepatocyte growth factor/c-MET (HGF/c-MET) signaling pathway, inhibition of which may exerts an antitumor effect, play extremely important roles in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer. Therefore, the research of HGF/c-MET targeted inhibitors opens up a new avenue for treatment of pancreatic cancer.
