Studies have shown that microRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in many biological processes and are closely related to lymphoid hematopoietic system and play an important role in various stages of B-cell differentiation and malignant transformation. miRNAs are increasingly concerned as a potential biomarker, which are closely related to the classification of DLBCL. miRNAs are of great values for the diagnosis of the disease and help to determine the prognosis of different patients, which may become new therapeutic targets.
