The expressions of SIK1 in hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer and other tumors are specific, and their abnormal expressions can inhibit or promote the occurrence, development and metastasis of tumor. Abnormal expressions of SIK1 are expected to provide a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors, and provide guidance for clinical prognosis.
