Cancer stem cells are closely related to the occurrence of various tumors, chemotherapy resistance and recurrence. The Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway regulates embryonic development and is evolutionarily conserved, and plays an important role in selfrenewal and differentiation of cancer stem cells. The Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway and related regulatory proteins have become a hot target for cancer stem cell targeted therapy.
