So far, many predictors, such as the PD-L1 expression in tumor tissue, tumorinfiltrating lymphocyte, tumor mutational burden, serum markers and radiographic markers, have shown predictive value in the process of antiPD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy. But each predictor has its limitations.
