BLBC is prevalent in young woman, and it is easy to relapse and metastasis. Additionally, most BLBC has expression loss of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, which limits the targeted therapeutic options for these predominantly triple-negative breast cancers.
