BLBC is prevalent in young woman, and it is easy to relapse and metastasis. Additionally, most BLBC has expression loss of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, which limits the targeted therapeutic options for these predominantly triple-negative breast cancers.
