There are the same molecular mechanism and microenvironment between EMT and CSC, which have great clinic significances for the diagnosis and treatment of the aggressive cancers. Moreover, many studies show that miR-200 could regulate EMT and CSC, participate in the tumor invasion and metastasi, and promote the research of targeted cancer therapy.
