Recruitment and activation in tumors are demonstrated to be mainly mediated by tumor-derived stem cell fact MCs in tumors are closely related to the growth of tumors and angiogenesis. MCs can or (SCF) and its receptor c-kit on MCs. Neovascularization is necessary for the tumor growth by providing plenty of nutrients and oxygen. The numbers and distributions of mediate angiogenesis by releasing a series of angiogenesis factors, so as to promote the progress of tumors.
