Relevant basic researches show that CIK cells have significant antitumor effects for various hematologic tumor and solid tumors. Clinical studies confirm that CIK cellsbased therapy have exact therapeutic effect and mild adverse reaction for tumor patients. So CIK cellsbased therapy is a promising and safe method and it is important to establish standards for cultivating and using CIK cells.
