It interacts with bone metabolism, suppresses the activity of osteolysis, and gathers in tumor bone metastases. Recently, researches show that 188ReHEDP has some advantages for palliation of bone metastasisrelated pain because of its favorable physicochemical and biological characteristics. 188ReHEDP radioisotopes therapy will be an effective method for bone metastatic tumors.
