The occurrence and development, recurrence and metastasis of cancer are closely related with its inflammatory microenvironment aroud. Many researches demonstrate that inflammatory induce the development of tumor, and at the same time it is always existed in the process of the progression of tumor. The mainly components of microenviroment have complex molecule network relationships with each other. Interdicting or disturbing one or several link of their relationships will contribute to the preventment of malignant phenotype and prognosis of cancer cells.
