Researches show that the occurrence of radioresistance is related to the cell cycle arrest, relevant gene change, tumor microenvironment change, autophagy, tumor stem cells and other factors. Studying the mechanism of radioresistance and looking for an effective method to avoid it is the key to improve the effect of radiotherapy, which can provide the probability of the prognosis of radiosensitivity.
