The target gene mutations of key members in the canonical Wnt pathway and abnormal expresses of negative regulation molecules are closely associated with the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Deeply investigating the regulative mechanisms of canonical Wnt signaling pathway in ovarian cancer, and taking this as the therapeutic target to conduct the basic research and preclinical experiment may provide theoretical basis for treating better ovarian cancer patients in clinical practice.
