The application of medical large data has now changed our tumor treatment model profoundly, but also brings a deeply cognition to the nature of malignant tumor. Development of medical big data analysis and management technologies are driving malignancy treatment model from "individual treatment" era into the "precision medicine" era, which allows us to change the prediction, diagnosis, treatment and monitor of malignancy. There are also a variety of challenges to resolve.
