
研究危重程度不同的先天性心脏病患儿生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)的变化。
对53例先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿(分为低危组,中危组及高危组)及30例健康儿童静脉穿刺采血2 ml,送产筛检验科完成生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-1及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3的测定。
53例CHD组患儿血液中GH、IGF-1、IGFBP-3含量均有下降。3组CHD患儿平均出生体重、平均入院体重、入院时血液中GH、IGF-1及IGFBP-3含量不同。低、中危组和高危组患儿的平均出生体重、平均入院体重、入院时血液中GH、IGF-1、IGFBP-3含量差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
危重程度不同的CHD患儿的GH、IGF-1及IGFBP-3含量存在明显差别,尤其是高危组患儿;高危组患儿存在宫内发育迟缓可能。

To investigate the change of growth hormone insulin-like growth factor(GH-IGF) axis in the children with congenital heart disease(CHD).
The serum growth hormone(GH), insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) in fifty-three children with CHD(Low risk group/medium risk group and high risk group)and 30 normal children were measured.
The levels of serum GH, IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were decreased in the patients with CHD; The birth weight,the hospital weight,the levels of serum GH, IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were all different in the three groups. The birth weight,the hospital weight,the levels of serum GH, IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in the low risk group and medium risk group were significantly higher than in the high risk group.
The levels of serum GH, IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were significantly different in different groups, especially in the high risk group. The high risk group may have intrauterine growth retardation.

To investigate the change of growth hormone insulin-like growth factor(GH-IGF) axis in the children with congenital heart disease(CHD).
The serum growth hormone(GH), insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) in fifty-three children with CHD(Low risk group/medium risk group and high risk group)and 30 normal children were measured.
