
卵巢肿瘤MRI常规序列扫描中结合DWI、DCE-MRI序列,分析其临床价值。
选取2019年2月—2020年2月,在周口市中心医院治疗的191例卵巢肿瘤患者,其中良性102例(良性组)、恶性89例(恶性组),均进行MRI平扫、DWI、DCE-MRI序列扫描,对比两组患者DWI参数、TIC图像类型、DCE-MRI参数及诊断结果。
良性组患者的实性、囊性部分ADC值均明显大于恶性组(P < 0.05);良性组患者TIC图像主要为Ⅰ型(91.18%),恶性组主要为Ⅲ型(86.52%),差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);良性组患者的Ktrans、Kep、Ve等DCE-MRI参数均明显低于对照组(P < 0.05);MRI常规序列结合DWI与DCE-MRI的灵敏度、特异度、准确度差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。
MRI常规序列结合DWI、DCE-MRI序列均能达到良好的诊断效果,值得推广。

The ADC values of the solid and cystic parts of the benign group were significantly higher than those of the malignant group (P < 0.05); the TIC image of the benign group was mainly type Ⅰ (91.18%), and the malignant group was mainly type Ⅲ (86.52%). The difference was obvious (P < 0.05); the Ktrans,Kep, Ve and other DCE-MRI parameters of the benign group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05); There was no significant difference in the degreeof the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the MRI routine sequence combined with DWI and DCE-MRI (P > 0.05).
MRI routine sequence combined with DWI and DCE-MRI sequence can achieve good diagnostic results,and it is worthy of promotion.
