摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究皖东地区3岁幼儿龋齿与喂养方式等因素的关系。方法选择2019年9月—2020年6月皖东地区的1188例3岁幼儿。回顾性分析3岁幼儿的家庭信息以及喂养方式等,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果研究回收有效率问卷1171分,回收率为98.57%,患龋率为57.39%。家庭收入、幼儿喂养方式、吃零食频率、日常照顾者、刷牙次数、甜食或含糖饮料摄入频率是幼儿患龋齿的影响因素(P<0.05);人工喂养、经常吃零食、每日刷牙次数≤1次、不关注牙齿健康和经常摄入甜食或含糖饮料幼儿是患龋齿高危因素(P<0.05)。结论应当加强对家长及幼儿本身的预防龋齿健康知识宣教,以降低幼儿龋齿的发生,保障幼儿正常生长发育。

Abstract: Objective: To study the factors such as dental caries and feeding methods of 3-year-old children in Eastern Anhui. Methods: 1188 3-year-old children from September 2019 to June 2020 in eastern Anhui Province were selected.The subjects of the study were 1188 3-year-old children in eastern Anhui.Retrospective analysis of the family information and feeding methods of 3-year-old children, and statistical analysis on related data were made. Results: The incidence of dental caries in young children was significantly different in the three factors of infant feeding methods, family income, and daily caregivers, and the data differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the education of health knowledge about dental caries prevention for parents and children themselves to reduce the incidence of dental caries in children, ensure the normal growth and development of children.
