Important active components were extracted from ethanol extract of honeysuckle and chrysanthemum， the best conditions for the preparation of oral liquid oral liquidand suitable accessories were explored by designing the orthogonal experiment， and whether the oral liquid met the quality standards was detected .The effect of honeysuckle and chrysanthemum double flower oral liquid on liver stress induced liver injury in mice was further explored to evaluate the protective effect of the double flower health oral liquid on the induced liver injury. Establishment of stress liver injury mouse model by restraint load method， the activities of ALT in serum and the content of SOD and MDA in liver were determined to evaluate the hepatoprotective effects.

Orthogonal test showed that the best preparation technology of the double flower oral liquid was： 8% the mixture of flower extract （honeysuckle∶chrysanthemum = 1∶1）， 4% sucrose and 0.10% citric acid. The oral liquid prepared by this process accords with the quality standard stipulated in the Pharmacopoeia. The experimental results showed that the double flower health oral liquid had certain protective effects on induced liver injury， reduced the level of ALT， increased the level of SOD and reduced the content of MDA.

Through orthogonal test， the best prescription condition of the double flower health oral liquid is optimized， which accords with the quality standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. At the same time， the double flower health oral liquid can protect and improve stress liver injury in mice.
