摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的

探究乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路手术治疗多发乳腺纤维瘤的疗效。

方法

从2019年3月—2020年2月日照市中心医院收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者中选择98例作为研究对象，依据手术入路选择的不同分为对照组与观察组，各49例，对照组行传统手术治疗，观察组行乳腺后间隙入路手术治疗。对比不同手术治疗疗效、围术期指标及切口美容度评分。

结果

观察组治疗总有效率与对照组相近，对比无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。观察组手术时间、住院恢复时间短于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。观察组患者切口美容度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。

结论

乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路的方式治疗多发性乳腺纤维瘤的疗效理想，术后恢复快，且切口美观度高，应用价值高。

Abstract: Objective

To explore the curative effect of multiple breast fibroma by posterior space approach through the incision of the lower margin of the breast.

Methods

Ninety-eight patients with breast fibroma were selectedfrom March 2019 to February 2020 as the study object and divided into the control group and the observation groupaccording to the different choices of surgical approach，with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional surgery，and the observation group was treated with posterior space approach. The curative effect of different operation，perioperative index and incision beauty score were compared.

Results

The total effective rate of the observation group was similar to that of the control group （P > 0.05）. The operation time and hospital recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P < 0.05）. The score of incision beauty degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P < 0.05）.

Conclusion

The lower margin incision through the posterior space of the breast is an ideal approach for the treatment of multiple breast fibroma， with fast postoperative recovery，high aesthetic incision and high application value.
