肠恶性肾外横纹肌样瘤1例

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

恶性肾外横纹肌样瘤（ERRT）是极为罕见的恶性软组织肉瘤。现报道1例发生在盲肠的单纯性恶性ERRT。诊断该肿瘤需要排除其他具有横纹肌样特征的肿瘤,可结合组织学形态、免疫组织化学和基因检测进行鉴别。
