Liu Gang E-mail:gangliu11@gdmc.edu.cn摘要:人8-羟基鸟嘌呤DNA糖苷酶1(hOGG1)功能异常与肺癌等癌症发生发展密切相关,hOGG1基因多态性可能会改变酶的活性,从而影响个体损伤DNA的修复能力,促进癌变。hOGG1等DNA修复基因单核苷酸多态性联合效应提高人群肺癌的易感性。hOGG1参与调节肿瘤细胞的线粒体呼吸功能并影响肿瘤细胞生长。
