Huang Ling E-mail:13806503391@139.com摘要:食管胃结合部肿瘤行近端胃切除术后的消化道重建方式众多,较为常用的有食管残胃吻合、食管管状胃吻合、空肠间置吻合等。近年对空肠间置吻合研究较多,并衍生出多种改良重建方式。在临床实践中,仍需要根据患者的实际情况进行灵活选择。
