腹膜后去分化脂肪肉瘤（DDLPS）是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，其根治方法为手术治疗，但术后局部复发率高并且多数患者对放化疗不敏感。现报道1例腹膜后DDLPS术后伴腹腔多发转移的诊疗过程，复习相关文献并讨论，以期为临床提供诊疗思路。
