乳腺癌术后内乳淋巴结的放疗

摘要/Abstract

摘要：内乳淋巴结属于乳腺淋巴引流的第一站淋巴结，在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中扮演着重要角色。临床上对内乳淋巴结是否行放疗还有很大争议。目前认为，对于早期患者，内乳淋巴结照射的疗效并不明确。而对腋窝淋巴结阳性、内侧象限或中央区病变患者，术后对内乳淋巴结进行放疗具有一定的价值。
