Zhang Xiang E-mail:zhangxiang@zjcc.org.cn摘要:盆腔脏器切除术是照射野内复发宫颈癌的首选治疗,但伴随着较高的死亡率并丧失盆腔脏器结构和功能。三维近距离治疗及立体定向体部放疗应用于照射野内复发宫颈癌再次放疗,提供了与盆腔脏器切除术相似的疗效、可接受的毒性反应以及保留脏器功能的机会。
