Abstract:Immune cells interact with their secreted cytokines forming immune microenvironment that plays an important role in the treatment resistance. Immune microenvironment induces tumor tolerance by reducing the antiapoptotic pathway, mediating immune tolerance, inducing epithelial mesenchymal transformation and the formation of tumor stem cells, reducing the curative effect. Tumor immunotherapy has become a hot topic in the field of tumor therapy research.
