Therapeutic application of S-1 in advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck

Abstract:In the therapeutic application of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), S-1 is used to combine with other chemotherapeutics oreven with radiotherapy to constitute chemoradiotherapyregimens. Adverse effects are well tolerated. Regimens containing S-1 are wildly used to control distant metastasis as well as local recurrence. The studies of treatment also show good application value.
