Abstract:Liposarcoma is the most common soft tissue sarcoma. Liposarcoma is widely diverse in the clinical, pathological, and molecular characteristics. Surgery is still the mainstay of liposarcoma therapy and the only cure way. With the development of molecular biology, as well as the discovery of molecular pathways, oncogenes and anti-oncogenes, it is possible to treat liposarcoma with targeted drugs.
