The college actively promotes teaching reform and continuously improves teaching quality. Since its establishment, the college has been committed to promoting the transformation of teaching mode from "agency based" to "hands-on experience based", actively carrying out case teaching, experimental teaching, and PBL teaching reforms. Actively exploring innovative and entrepreneurial talent training models, and establishing an innovative experimental zone for talent training models. At present, I am responsible for the construction of the second level master's degree program in health management, as well as four undergraduate majors: public service management, social work, human resource management, and marketing.Ihave one provincial-level first-class undergraduate major,oneprovincial-levelfirst-class course, one provincial-level humanities and social scienceresearch base,one university level key discipline, and two research institutes. We have undertaken5provincial-level educational reform projects, published a total of 20 textbooks, and publishedover80teaching and research papers.Received1 first prize and1 second prize for teaching research achievements in Shandong Province.Scientific research has achieved fruitful results, and 4 national social science planning projects have been approvedsuccessively.Morethan70 national and provincial-level scientific research projectshave been completed,andmorethan 100 provincial-level awards such as the Shandong Provincial Social Science Achievement Award have been obtained. More than 370academicpapers have been published in domestic and foreign journals.
