摘要

目的 建立同时分离测定萹蓄药材中绿原酸、槲皮苷、杨梅苷、金丝桃苷、木犀草苷、槲皮素、山奈素、咖啡酸等8种有效成分含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法 采用Ultimate XB-C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.5%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱;柱温45 ℃;流速 1.0 mL/min;检测波长360 nm。再对河北产三批次萹蓄药材进行成分分析。结果 8种成分在1~40 μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系,重复性、精密度和稳定性实验都符合要求,加样回收率为97.62%~111.16%。三批次萹蓄药材成分含量及比重有差异。结论 HPLC法简便、准确、快速、重现性好,可用于萹蓄药材中这8种成分含量的同时测定。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, myricitrin, hyperoside, galuteolin, quercitrin, quercetin and galangal in polygonum aviculareL.. Methods: The analysis was performed on an Ultimate XB-C 18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution. The mobile phases were 0.5% aqueousphosphoric acid and acetonitrile.
