摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨Orem理论与快速康复护理在胸腔镜肺癌根治术中的应用效果。方法将应用快速康复护理的270例胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间分组,把2017年1月—12月入院的127例患者作为对照组,2018年1月—2019年2月应用Orem理论做指导的143例患者作为观察组。结果观察组在术后住院天数、住院费用、尿管拔除时间、胸管拔除时间、并发症发生率、自理能力、满意度诸方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 Orem理论与快速康复护理用于胸腔镜肺癌根治术可有效促进患者早期康复。

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the application effect of Orem theory and enhanced recovery nursing in thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer. Methods: 270 patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer who were treated with enhanced recovery nursing were selected as the research objects, grouped according to the time of admission, and 127 patients admitted from January to December 2017 were used as the control group, from January 2018 to February 2019 143 patients who were guided by Orem theory each month served as the observation group. Results: The observation group was better than the control group in terms of postoperative hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses, catheter removal time, chest tube removal time, complication rate, self-care ability, and satisfaction degree (P<0.05). Conclusion: Orem theory and enhanced recovery nursing for thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer can effectively promote the early recovery of patients.
