摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究低温等离子治疗小儿扁桃体腺样体肥大的疗效。方法采用医学两样本对比分析法,选取开封市儿童医院收治的86例小儿扁桃体腺样体肥大患儿,依照治疗方式差异,对照划分成两等比例小组,分别为对照组和实验组,前者给予药物治疗,后者联合低温等离子治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果实验组和对照组的临床疗效对比结果分别为95.35%、79.07%(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组在视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、OSA-18量表上数值分别为(1.12±0.23)和(3.94±0.84)、(6.51±1.38)和(3.47±1.13)。结论低温等离子治疗小儿扁桃体腺样体肥大能明显改善患儿预后,值得临床推广实施。

Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical effect of low temperature plasma on tonsil adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods: The medical small sample was compared in the analysis. A total of 86 children with adenoid hypertrophy of the tonsils in Kaifeng Children's Hospital were selected and divided into two group, control group and experimental group respectively according to the differences between treatment and control of proportion, with the former given medication, the latter with joint low temperature plasma treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: The comparison results of clinical efficacy between the experimental group and the control group were 95.35% and 79.07% respectively (P<0.05).The comparison of visual analogue scale (VAS) score and OSA-18 scale values between the experimental group and the control group were (1.12±0.23),(3.94±0.84) (6.51±1.38) and (3.47±1.13), respectively.Conclusion: Low temperature plasma treatment of adenoid hypertrophy of tonsil in children can significantly improve the prognosis of children and is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
