摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的

探讨不同脑叶癫痫发作类型的差异，分析不同脑叶癫痫的临床表现形式，为提高精准防治率提供新的理论依据。

方法

对在2012年1月1日至2017年1月1日期间，就诊于betway必威登陆网址第二附属医院癫痫门诊，被诊断为癫痫疾病并伴有异常放电的患者资料搜集整理，探讨研究。搜集癫痫患者505例，其中FLE 162例，TLE 223例，OLE 75例，PLE 45例。对癫痫患者发作类型进行分析，总结不同脑叶癫痫发作类型的差异。

结果

TLE以CPS类型最常见，FLE、OLE、PLE以继发性全身泛化类型最多见。

结论

不同脑叶癫痫的发作类型各有特点，为提高精准防治率提供新的理论依据。

Abstract: Objective

To investigate the differerces of different lobe epilepsy in attack， to analyze the clinical manifestations of different cerebral lobe epilepsy and provide a new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of epilepsy.

Methods

Data were collected from January 1，2012 to January 1，2017 in the patients with epilepsy and abnormal discharge in the Epilepsy Clinic of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University. The total of 505 patients with epilepsy included 162 FLE cases， 223 TLE cases， 75 OLE cases and 45 PLE cases. The types of frontal lobe epilepsy， temporal lobe epilepsy， occipital lobe epilepsy， parietal lobe epilepsy and insular epilepsy were analyzed. The differences of different lobe epilepsy were summarrized.

Results

The most common type of TLE is CPS； FLE， OLE and PLE are the most common type of secondary generalized seizure.

Conclusion

Different seizure types of lobe epilepsy have their own difference ，which provides theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of epilepsy.
