摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的

通过Meta分析评价肝豆汤治疗肝豆状核变性的疗效。

方法

检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI），维普中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP），中国学术期刊数据库（万方），中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM），Pubmed并结合手工检索，检索肝豆汤治疗肝豆状核变性的随机对照试验研究。按照纳排标准选择最终纳入研究文献，进行资料提取和质量评价，再采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。

结果

共纳入10篇RCT研究，共计639例患者。Meta分析结果显示，肝豆汤治疗肝豆状核变性在总有效率、肝功能改善、24 h尿排铜量等方面的作用均优于西药组。

结论

肝豆状核变性的治疗原则为驱铜保肝，根据研究结果肝豆汤驱铜保肝效果明确，但目前的研究证据尚显不足，今后仍需进一步开展更大样本、更高质量的研究，以明确肝豆汤的治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective

To evaluate the efficacy of Gandou Decoction in the treatment of hepatolenticular degeneration through Meta analysis.

Methods

Theonlinesearch for Gandou Decoction for treatment of liver peas and randomized controlled trial study of nucleus degeneration was made in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database （CNKI）， VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database （VIP）， Chinese Academic Journals Database （Wanfang），Chinese Biomedical Literature Database （CBM），Pubmed in combination with manual search. After selecting the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria，data extraction and quality evaluation，the RevMan5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration was used for meta-analysis.

Results

A total of 10 RCT studies were included，including 639 patients. The results of Meta analysis showed that Gandou Decoction was better than the western medicine group in terms of total effective rate，improvement of liver function，and 24 h urinary copper excretion in the treatment of hepatolenticular degeneration.

Conclusion

The treatment principle of hepatolenticular degeneration is to drive copper and protect the liver. According to the results of the study，Gandou Decoction has thedefinite effect of removing copper and protecting the liver. However，the current research evidence is still insufficient，and further studies with larger samples and higher quality are needed in the future in order to clarify the therapeutic effect of Gandou Decoction.
