妊娠期糖尿病一日门诊的临床应用效果

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的

观察妊娠期糖尿病一日门诊对母婴结局的影响。

方法

观察组患者进入妊娠期糖尿病一日门诊，接受医学教育、适度运动及饮食控制，对照组进入常规门诊，比较其干预前后血糖水平、母婴并发症及不良妊娠结局发生率。

结果

观察组血糖水平、母婴并发症及不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。

结论

妊娠期糖尿病患者经过一日门诊的诊疗，血糖水平达标率高，母婴并发症少，妊娠结局好。妊娠期糖尿病一日门诊是节约医疗资源的一种有效的群体管理模式。

Abstract: Objective

To investigate the effect of one day outpatient management patients with gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.

Methods

The experimental group received the one day outpatient，including receiving medical education， moderate exercise and diet control.The control group was given routine care. Blood glucose，the incidence of mother-baby complication and bad pregnancy outcome ofthe two groups of were compared after intervention.

Results

The level of blood glucose and the incidence of pregnancy and bad pregnancy outcome were less than those of the control group， which had significant difference（P < 0.05）.

Conclusion

After the one day outpatient diagnosis and treatment of GDM patients experience， the standard rate of blood glucose is high，complications of mother and baby are fewer， and mother and baby have a good ending， which is an effective group management mode to save medical resources.
