A total of 208 breast cancer patients who received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy with anthracycline containing chemotherapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into epirubicin group （53 cases）， THP group （72 cases） and LD group （83 cases）， the changes of myocardial enzymes （LDH， α-HBDH， CK， CK-MB， AST） and echocardiography in the three groups before and after chemotherapy were compared and analyzed.

Compared with before chemotherapy， the five items of myocardial enzymes in all groups were significantly increased （P < 0.05）. The five items of myocardial enzymes in LD group were lower than those in EPI group and THP group （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in myocardial enzyme indexes between EPI group and THP group （P > 0.05）. The ratio of left atrial systolic filling peak （E/A） in EPI group and THP group was lower than that before chemotherapy. The E/A ratio in LD group was significantly lower than that in LD group （P < 0.05）.

Doxorubicin liposomes have better cardiac safety than epirubicin and pirarubicin， and there is a similar risk of cardiac injury between epirubicin and pirarubicin.

回顾性分析2017年1月—2020年12月在betway必威登陆网址 第二附属医院采用含蒽环类化疗方案进行术后辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者208例，分为EPI（表柔比星）组53例，THP（吡柔比星）组72例，LD（多柔比星脂质体）组83例，将三组患者化疗前后的心肌酶谱五项（LDH、α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、AST）及超声心动图变化情况进行对比分析。

各组患者化疗后与化疗前相比，心肌酶五项均有明显升高（P < 0.05），LD组患者化疗后的心肌酶五项除AST外都低于EPI组和THP组（P < 0.05），EPI组和THP组的心肌酶指标变化差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05），EPI组和THP组的左心房收缩期充盈峰比值（E/A）较化疗前均有下降趋势（P < 0.05），且E/A明显低于LD组（P < 0.05）。

多柔比星脂质体相比表柔比星和吡柔比星具有更好的心脏安全性，表柔比星和吡柔比星之间具有相似的心脏损伤风险。
