Wang Yanming E-mail:ymwang64@163.com摘要:早期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的主要治疗手段仍是外科手术切除,如患者有手术禁忌证或者拒绝手术,放疗则成为患者的另一选择。射波刀(cyberkife)是近年来新出现的一种立体定向放射治疗技术,兼具有放射外科和放射治疗两种功能。其采用实时图像引导系统和呼吸追踪系统通过大剂量、高精度照射,在NSCLC的治疗中取得显著效果。
