Li Wenhui, E-mail: wenhuili64@aliyun.com E-mail:wenhuili64@aliyun.com摘要:ⅢA(N2)期非小细胞肺癌预后因素繁多,与其预后相关的组织学分子标志物主要有多药耐药基因、生长因子类、黏蛋白4、胰岛素样生长因子2、增殖细胞核抗原以及磷酸酶张力蛋白酶等。这些基因的不同表达或许可以把N2期非小细胞肺癌分成不同的分子亚型,从而更有效地指导临床。
