摘要：辅助及新辅助治疗是直肠癌最重要的综合治疗手段，新辅助同步放化疗和术后辅助化疗在直肠癌治疗中起着至关重要的作用。一些新的化疗和靶向药物的出现可以进一步改善直肠癌的治疗效果。

Abstract:Adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapy are the important therapeutic methods for rectal cancer. Neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy play a crutial role in rectal cancer treatment. New chemotherapy drugs and targeted therapy drugs could further improve the therapeutic effect of rectal cancer.
