摘要：S100蛋白是一类多基因的钙结合蛋白家族，在多种肿瘤组织中失调表达，与肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关，作为肿瘤相关生物学标志物，探讨S100蛋白与前列腺癌发生发展的相互关系及作用机制，将为前列腺癌的临床诊断和治疗监测提供重要依据。

关键词:S100蛋白质类,钙结合蛋白质类,前列腺肿瘤

Abstract:The S100 proteins are a multi-gene calcium-binding family, which are differently expressed in a variety of tumors. It is found to be associated with tumor invasion and metastasis. As a tumor-associated biomarkers, unraveling the relationship between S100 and prostate cancer progression as well as molecular mechanisms, would provide an important basis for the clinical diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring.
