Hu Zhiqian, Email: huzq62@163.com摘要:肝细胞核因子4α是一种细胞核激素受体超家族的转录因子,在消化系统分化发育及极性调控方面具有十分重要的作用,被认为是一种抑癌基因,在肝癌、结肠癌、胃癌等消化系统肿瘤的发生、侵袭及转移过程中发挥了十分重要的调控作用,并与上皮间质转化、细胞增殖调控及Wnt信号通路密切相关。肝细胞核因子4α在消化系统肿瘤中的表达及其作用机制是目前研究的热点。
